Innolac: between innovation and sustainability

Innolac is making a concrete commitment to create a model of a sustainable company, capable of paying the utmost attention to the environment, social welfare and sustainability. In fact, the two guiding principles that characterize the company's choices are sustainability and innovation, without which it would not be possible to imagine a sustainable future.

Environmental sustainability

  • We support the use of panels from recycled wood. Our commitment, in addition to guaranteeing the sustainability of our products, is aimed at reducing emissions, waste production and the protection of forest resources (FSC) and low-emission products (CARB);
  • We ensure the sustainability of production processes and in the selection of suppliers, pursue an integrated approach to the dimensions affecting energy consumption and emissions of the entire production chain;
  • We have implemented efficiency actions at our production site: use of energy derived from solar sources, use of low energy impact equipment, from latest generation electric motors to LED technology lighting devices.

Social sustainability

  • We are committed to adopting a business development model that has a positive impact on the community, ensuring respect for workers' rights, equality and social justice, personal dignity, contractual regularity and safety conditions.

Economic sustainability

  • We constantly work to ensure the quality of our products. This means, that in addition to certifying their aesthetic quality, we also ensure the longevity of the product.
  • We take a close look at reducing production waste, using sustainable and recyclable raw materials, and placing our products within an approach related to a circular economy.
